It all depends on your needs as a couple. I can take on any scope of the event coordination. Some couples only need the timeline and day-of on site coordination. Others want help with vendor communication, planning layouts and working with the venue along with running the rehearsal and day-of on site coordination. The process of planning a wedding needs to be fluid, I am here to make sure that any needs are met along the way. Pricing is dependent on the needs of the couple and is determined before the contract is signed.

 

Dream it.

It all begins with love. I want my couples to have an idea of how their wedding will look but more importantly, feel. I have a questionnaire that all couples fill out once we have met and begin working together. This allows me to understand what the two of you want in your wedding. It is a wonderful starting point.


Plan it.

I work with my couples to come up with a detailed timeline of their wedding day. This is the master schedule and it will contain everything anyone needs to know on the wedding day. It connects the DJ to the photographer to the caterer so everyone is on the same page and we can run smoothly and efficiently as a team for the two of you.

Execute.

I am the first person at the venue on your wedding day, I show up and welcome any vendors. I make sure everything is on schedule and deal with any issues that pop up (there are always some). I am there as support for the couple but also their family as it is a big day for everyone. I am the person that gets to tell everyone where to be and when, from ceremony to pictures to toasts and dances I coordinate all parties involved and execute the plan that we created together. The only job my couples have is to enjoy their wedding and soak up every moment.
