I help you plan, coordinate, execute and enjoy your wedding day from small to large scale details and everything that comes along the way.

Erica & Ross

A perfect fall wedding for an amazing couple sums up these October nuptials. The bride and groom chose Machias Meadows for their wedding venue and it did not disappoint, from the fall foliage to the outdoor ceremony and reception in a modern pole barn with dancing through the night. This couple started dating right before COVID and learned how to love and support each other as true partners. Their 90 person wedding was full of family, love and a whole lot of fun. My planning services and day of coordination were booked and I helped the couple navigate vendor options, contract negotiation, timeline, and full day on site management. I will be forever grateful that they allowed me to help support them through one of the biggest moments in their life.

This wedding truly showed that if you allow true love and nature to shine not much more is needed.

Cori & Jess

As featured in Seattle Bride Magazine (July 2022) this perfect pacific northwest summer wedding on the water was worth the wait for Jess and Cori. After canceling their first wedding due to COVID these two brides were more than ready to say “ I do” and share their amazing love with the world. 100 guests boarded the Skansonia MV and proceeded to have the chance to drink, dance, and share in the moments created by the love of these women. I was hired on to create a timeline, execute day-of planning, and make sure that everything from the first look at Gas Works Park to the final sparkler sendoff was flawless. Jess & Cori show the world daily what love can be and I am honored they chose me to help make it official.

Anna & William

A winter wedding with details that would melt any amount of cold. Anna and William hired me to help them plan their wedding day with timelines, vendor coordination, set up and full day-of coordination. From the caterers to the pie bar, from running the rehearsal to toasts and everything in between. Watching these two get married was such a joy.

Laura & Larry

A wedding day full of fun and joy, this wedding of 300 guests took place at the Ballard Club on a wonderful summer day. Laura and Larry hired me to coordinate and create the timeline for their wedding day but as the date got closer they needed extra help. I took over the vendor communication, planning and issues including the venue on-site manager and catering. Creating floor plans and layout options to accommodate the larger number of guests, running the wedding day from start to finish was all part of the additional scope of work. Watching how these two blended their love and cultures was beyond inspiring.

Lauren & Alex

A private tram whisking guests through Northwest Trek and taking them to the ceremony site where bison were drinking at the lake is how this magical wedding started. Lauren and Alex chose a venue dripping with pacific northwest charm and beauty. The bride and groom called me with only 8 weeks until the big day, feeling overwhelmed and stressed with wedding planning. I took over creating the day of timeline and coordinating/communicating with all vendors, this allowed the couple to focus on their high powered jobs and gave them space to enjoy wedding planning once more. Running a wedding at a public zoo has different logistical challenges, I was able to coordinate all guests getting to the private ceremony site, and then to the reception site where the vendors were set up and ready to celebrate. This wedding was beyond memorable and I am so happy that my services allowed Lauren and Alex to have a magical (stress free) day.

Katie & Kyle

Walking through the crunching fall leaves and into a restored barn loft was just one of the amazing memories from this fall wedding. Katie and Kyle knew how they wanted to their wedding to feel but needed some help putting together all of the pieces to create a cohesive and memorable wedding day. I was able to work with them to create a wedding that captured the beauty of fall, the groom’s passion for fly fishing, and the celebration they wanted. Working with the on site caterer, and multiple outside vendors to make this one room wedding a smashing success. Katie and Kyle wanted some extra planning help so we met three times to get details sorted out, vendors booked, and a timeline complete, in addition to running the rehearsal and full day-of coordination. This wedding was not only beautiful, it was fun, all of the guests were dancing and enjoying the celebration of these two amazing people. It brings so much joy to me when I see my couples have a blast on their wedding day, it shows me they are not worried about anything, because I have it all covered.
