“We absolutely loved working with Alicia. We were really overwhelmed by the process of planning a wedding for 300 people. Plus I'm not a bride who had a particular vision for the wedding, had a Pinterest page, etc. So while we were really excited for the wedding itself, we were dreading the experience of putting it together. Alicia made that SO much easier. She was wonderful to work with, had a lot of great ideas, and thought of a lot of little crucial details that we would have missed (for example, we rented speakers, but didn't realize the rental didn't include microphones until Alicia asked about it!). Everything went so smoothly at our wedding, largely thanks to her. She also made sure that my now-husband, a shy person who doesn't always speak his mind, was heard about what he wanted and was important to him. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone.”

“Alicia coordinated our wedding day of, and leading up to the event. She met with us before the wedding to get to know us as a couple, and help us in gathering all necessary details (music, ceremony components, wedding party etc.), developing a day of timeline, and setting short term goals as we approached the big day. She was organized and well-prepared when the day arrived! Her poise, composure and systematic execution of the days events made for smooth transitions and a relaxed wedding party. She went over and beyond with effective communication with our photographer, D.J., pastor, and family members and was gracious with all parties involved. I recall our time just prior to the ceremony being very calm and comfortable as she coordinated with all participants to ensure everyone was where they needed to be and when. Our wedding was the best day of our lives, and it wouldn't have been possible without Alicia!”

“Alicia was our favorite vendor that we worked with for our wedding. We realized quite late in our wedding-planning process that we needed more support due to being busy with demanding jobs and overloaded trying to plan our wedding. Lauren’s friend had raved about her experience working with Alicia at her own wedding, so we were so lucky that Alicia was available to work with us when we reached out for help. We only wish we had realized we needed Alicia’s support and reached out to her sooner.

Alicia swooped in and made everything feel less overwhelming. Her gift for organization is key to what makes her great at helping couples with their weddings. She’s also great at keeping you blissfully unaware of the various logistical (or familial) dramas of the day, while you are having fun getting ready for and enjoying your special day. We were introduced to Alicia by a close personal friend who insisted that Alicia would unburden us with respect to coordinating the activities of the day, leaving us to enjoy the moment with friends and family.
